FMI Webinar: The Evolution of Food Safety in Recipes

Multiple studies show that when consumers follow recipes that incorporate basic food safety instructions, they significantly increase food safety behaviors. This style guide provides easy edits to any recipe to improve food safety practices. Inspired by this research, The Partnership for Food Safety Education (PFSE), working with the FMI Foundation, and prominent food, nutrition and recipe writers, developed the Safe Recipe Style Guide to establish standards for recipe text.

We invite you to join us to get a better understanding on the research and the people behind development of the Safe Recipe Style Guide,  how you can use the Safe Recipe Style Guide in your own work and how you can encourage others to use it as well.
